Technology Driven IT Training - CETi

Computer Education Techniques, Inc. has been organizing its libraries based on Cornell University thought leadership and its MBA curriculum course work for placement into an enterprise database.

Empirical data and experience in teaching information technology subject matter from 1980 - 2019 is being codified into relationships, heuristics, and algorithms for use in reducing cost and improving information technology client/student learning outcomes.

Thought leadership concepts were evaluated and used. This includes operational implementation into CETi and SYS-ED libraries and machine-learning and course search engine: Big Data and Blockchain.

D & B - Find the Machine-learning Definition - Find IT

The multi-variate definition of service and price-point cost accounting affords the client organization with a realistic rate schedule to align with its budget, quality, and return on investment.

Machine-learning is used with updated software and improve hardware technology to address shortcomings in the Dun & Bradstreet past performance evaluation and amplify CETi informaiton technology training resource inputs.

Moreover, there were significant omissions in the D & B Past Performance Evaluation - that now will be explicitly included in the definition of service - ml: framework anchors and pinwheels. For example, immersive services provide a vareity of content and documentation choice for a client: in-house train the trainer capability, digital content for m-mobile learning, or machine-learning framework as a progression to A.I. artificial intelligence.

In many situations, the CETi and SYS-ED website infrastructure will be the software that training also is offered on.

ml: Machine-learning Frameworks

The two machine-learning "anchors": Moodle - LMS and New York State Department of Education Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision policies apply subject matter organization and compliance with the law and regulations. Sixteen ml: frameworks and pinwheels from the CETi infrastructure library currently are in use; not all are outward facing.

The ml: pinwheels are a service or digital product with the capability for further refinement and extension through connections (direct or implied spokes) to other pinwheels.

A pinwheel can be comprised of a single spoke-connected resource object or augmented by additional connections to other resource objects. Spokes can be adjusted - quality, updates, cost, etc. In addition, logical connections can be applied among pinwheels. Spoke connected objects can be modularized and logically AND / OR combined to comprise/generate new additional pinwheels.

Certain ml: frameworks and pinwheels apply a duality principle (training company or licensed school) or are "transformer$" and "shapeshifter$" and also could be revolving pinwheels. Although there can be interactions and relationships, there are no spokes or explicit connections between or among the circular objects in a machine-learning framework or pinwheel.

Database Schemas and Advanced Search

Each SYS-ED website has its own database schema. The design was a root website - sysed.com with sibling websites that are a hierarchical tree structure with JavaScript book menus that present combinations of software use and teaching for increasing hybrid information technology and the cloud.  There is a software-specific advanced search for each SYS-ED website: course ID, learning paths, distance-learning, and course schedule.

The www.computeredtech.com website applies a different approach. CETi provides aggregation and update services to SYS-ED websites and CETi technology partners: course titles, subject matter, and specialized training. The CETi advanced course search presents integrated course sequences and modular training programs. There also is a courseware and textbook extension search. Over time this will include an audio search.

The marketing assumption is that accredited academia will be interested in the resource inputs of a professional information technology training service. From UNIX to Linux will be the prototype curriculum of textbook extended courseware.

In areas were there is no NRV: Nationally Recognized Vendor and a scarcity of textbooks courseware is developed: narrative text, samples, examples, review questions, workshops, and training aids. Textbooks are extended with performance and workshop objectives and training aids.

Textbooks and Courseware

Textbooks have prioritized selective reading and extended with performance and workshop objectives with client-specific examples, lesson review questions, and a case study. The textbooks also are integrated with the CETi courseware.

Courseware as Learning Center

Textbook extensions and training aids for integrated courses and training programs were standardized for use in a sequential presentation and client/student self-study - review and advanced topics.

Textbook as a Learning Center

Textbooks are extended with examples and sample programs and client-specific workshops. A course presentation outline is cross referenced to the textbook. Accompanying presentation slides and training aids are available for download.

Footnote 1:

The CETi machine-learning infrastructure includes ml frameworks, ml framework anchors, and ml pinwheels. There also is an extensible library of object Implementor$. A machine-learning framework is comprised of six "circle" objects and one or more multi-layer base deliverables. The outward facing machine-learning framework is 2! ml anchors, 16! machine-learning frameworks, and 60! ml pinwheels. DS Note - This is accurate.

Work performed and empirical data is being organized for mathematical representation and notation based upon Franco Modigliani and Harry Markowitz concepts from Cornell University - Phd Jerry Hass course work.

Footnote 2:

A NYS ED BPSS license was submitted and completed in 2004. CETi management and board of directors were unanimous in agreement that the quality of the training service was not sufficient. Significant investment in quality control and website infrastructure was required. The decision was to apply the Dun & Bradstreet report findings.
