SYS-ED warranties the quality of its information technology training services.

These terms apply to retaking a SYS-ED course:

1.	Proof of attendance has to be provided in the form of a paid invoice.
2.	The individual will be enrolled in the next regularly scheduled course. In the event that the course has insufficient enrollment, then the individual will be enrolled the next time the course is taught.
3.	The participant will have to bring the course materials from the original course or purchase a new set of course materials.

Any issues relating to the quality of our training services can be reported to the New York State Department of Education Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision.
