Knowledge Transfer Roadmap NYS ED BPSS Standards Digital Content

The Computer Education Techniques, Inc. business model is based upon the assumption that comparative advantage for organizational enterprise is directly related to a capability for delivering product and service both interactively and real-time in global markets. Libraries are being organized and programmatically extended for digital content. An enterprise database will aggregate, organize, and offer a reviewer service of free and minimal cost information technology training resources: OER: open education resources, SUNY ATTAIN, Lynda.com through the New York Public Library system, and commercial software company, open source projects, and open source purveyor websites. There will be a research course search engine for client use. It is a by product of the learning curve associated with the infrastructure required for being in compliance with § 5001(1) of the Education Law in New York state. Policies are in the process of being formulated by the United States Department of Education for administration of the Title IV programs for students and taxpayers. The CETi course and advanced searches will allow accredited academic institutions and degreed teachers the capability to review CETi digital resources. In addition to the private sector and accredited academia, CETi information technology training services and products are being developed for use by federal, state, and local government agencies. It builds upon the work performed by the SYS-ED brand data processing and IT training service provided 1980 - March 2020.

Cornell University course work - mathematics and bayesian inference is being applied to the CETi ml: machine-learning and AI: artificial intelligence available as open source project software. 1 Subject matter and heuristics for teaching information technology subject matter also is being incorporated into an enterprise database. In terms of teaching methodologies and the use of technology for improved student outcomes, CETi has monitored articles relating to the shutdown of the AltSchool and the $175 million venture capital invested by Mark Zuckerberg and Lorraine Powell-Jobs. According to Wall Street Journal reporting - the hype of machine-learning and artificial intelligence has run ahead of any extensive research showing it works.

The principles and recommendations of Clayton M. Christensen are being used to evaluate and refine preparation for test marketing - quality, cost, and disruption in the United States for information technology training: The Innovator’s Dilemma, Harper Collins Publishers, Copyright 1997, 2000 by the President and Fellows of Harvard College.

There will be joint ventures and busines relationships with WBE and MBE and a CETI brand neutral technology partner course schedule.

A decision has not yet been made whether to resubmit an application to become a licensed computer training center or file for recognition as a NRV: Nationally Recognized Vendor.

Very truly yours,

CETi Board of Directors
