IBM advertisements and articles in the public domain - Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and trade journals are gathered and evaluated in relation to the content and documentation on IBM websites, Redbooks, white papers, open source projects, and third party websites. The CETi/SYS-ED Director of Education downloads uses and evaluates trial and open source software. Special attention is given to online help systems, source software documentation, and software company authorized textbooks. In the case of IBM, this includes its own reference manuals and GitHub for open source software.

The CETi ml: machine-learning design started with the IBM e-mails to David Shapiro and gathering and interpreting the IBM advertising strategy.

ibm unveils cloud ready mainframe ......

Articles from respected sources of report journalism: Bloomberg Business Week, Fortune, Gartner, etc. are being reviewed and examined by accredited academia and source certified CETi and SYS-ED staff. Some advertisements were from the Lincoln Center Performing Arts Center plaza walking paths and in Manhattan, New York bus stops. Alumni publications from Union College and Cornell Enterprise - thought leadership were invaluable in assessing markets and information technology demographics - flow of talent and intellectual capital. Magazines written and authorized from Massachusetts Information Technology, Stanford University, Columbia University, and Syracuse University were instrumental in prioritizing research and intellectual integrity in identifying fraud and the misrepresentation of information and data.

CETi will be updating its course search engine and advanced search from source IBM documents - e.g. IBM cloud platform.

The Columbia University, New York University, and Baruch College campus university bookstores were used as a benchmark for the readability and technical detail of the textbooks associated with the information technology component of undergraduate course work - self exploration and expectations to achieve a passing grade for academic transcript credit units.

SYS-ED Websites

There are twenty-six categorized and SYS-ED software specific websites; the root parent domain namespace is sysed and sysed/m is the mobile website. There are eight SYS-ED namespaces dedicated to training services on the IBM mainframe development platform. The CETi - Advanced Search includes mainframe and SYS-ED training programs.

The parent mainframetrainingbysysed is part of the SYS-ED Advanced Search; the other namespaces are database, Linux, Java, programming languages, and UNIX. Two websites are work in progress - securitytraining and appleplatform (formerly - Mac) by SYS-ED. The SYSED.com and its sibling website domain names were taken down in March 2020. 2

Source IBM Advertisements

The verbiage copy and urls from these IBM advertisements were transcribed for evaluation and use in the CETi and SYS-ED ml: machine-learning frameworks. Standardization has been applied to the case consistency of the content; the punctuation and grammar is that used by IBM in the source copy. It is a representative sample of the CETi aggregation and research from the public domain.

On a smarter planet, the datacenter is not simply the heart of IT - It's also the central nervous system of the entire business. IBM is helping companies view their extended infrastructure not as a collection of disconnected pieces, but as an integrated system that connects the data center to all of the digital and physical assets of the business, creating a more dynamic infrastructure. From railway systems to changing needs to power girds that match supply and demand, we're already helping customers improve service, increase flexibility and reduce operating costs by as much as 50%.

A smarter business needs smarter software, systems, and services.

Let's build a smarter planet.

With every step, it did what so many others couldn't.
It built bridges between rivals.

It inspired cultures to put differences aside.

by showing us that a man on the moon had the power to bring millions of people together right here at home.

IBM is proud to have helped make it happen.

Discussions and feedback focused on areas of the IBM business model - 1960 - 2000 and strategic planning that could be applied to the development of the SYS-ED and CETi data processing and information technology training services. This included the failure of IBM's investment in SRA, course development process, regional training centers, and the development of the VM/CMS operating system and virtualization software products. This augmented the experiences communicated by Linda Bliden, the SYS-ED VSAM curriculum manager, with her self study in IBM systems software.
