At this time I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the quality of education I received in the VSAM course taught last month at Newport News Shipbuilding by one of your instructors.

Linda Bliden, together with the text and lab exercises, made the class more interesting and more conducive to learning.

After programming for several years, one usually gets set in ones ways. Linda's display of both enthusiasm and interest in the subject matter caused me to yield to the new ideas and concepts which will be very useful in my programming endeavors in VSAM.
