Computer Education Techniques mainframe courseware has been developed by consultants, technologist entrepreneurs, professional text book authors, and salaried staff. The principles of adult learning are applied for interpreting and translating subject matter into performance objectives, narrative descriptions, diagrams which trace the design, architecture, and program logic, and client-specific examples.
