CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. Integration with MS Office and the World Wide Web.
    2. Utilize document reference aids: promote and demote items and annotations.
    3. Working with long documents: sections, bookmarks, hyperlinks, outline view, tracking revisions, and document map.
    4. Create a master document: inserting, collapsing, and opening subdocuments.
    5. Index creation: main entries, index subentries, referencing index entries, and generating an index.
    6. Manage the mail merge: main document, data source, adding/removing/rearranging fields to a data source, merging to the printer.
    7. Recording, editing, and running a macro.
    8. Adding a macro button to a toolbar and organizing macro projects.
    9. Automating documents with fields.
