DATES:

CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. Start a project and utilize the Planning Wizard.
    2. Work with tasks: task entry, durations, and linking.
    3. Edit a Gantt chart.
    4. Manage a PERT chart.
    5. Change task relationships: linking and unlinking, using lag and lead time.
    6. Outlining, promoting, and demoting tasks.
    7. Resources: creating, assigning, usage, resource workloads, and scheduling.
    8. Critical path: viewing and assigning overtime.
    9. Adjusting timescales and adding a non working day.
    10. Working with multiple projects.
