CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. Create reports with the report designer and report designer tools.
    2. Work with report templates and manage report sections.
    3. Print mailing labels and envelopes; modify envelopes and label templates.
    4. Add fields to envelopes and labels.
    5. Create a document from a template.
    6. Connect to an e-mail system.
    7. Attach contact information, group records, and files.
    8. Use the layout designer for adding and removing fields.
    9. Create, record, run, and delete a macro.
    10. Add and delete a macro to a toolbar.
    11. Create and save a query.
    12. Modify custom menus and menu items.
    13. Backing up a database.
    14. Export data.
