CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. Stored Procedure Featureset
      • Identify the performance advantages of using stored procedures.
    2. IBM Db2 Data Studio
      • Install and utilize the Data Studio.
      • Use Db2 Data Studio for creating new stored procedures with multiple arguments and parameters.
      • Use the Data Studio to specify a query for the stored procedure.
    3. Programming Environment
      • List the privileges associated with a stored procedure.
    4. Developing Stored Procedures
      • Debug a stored procedure.
      • Execute a stored procedure.
      • Identify and resolve the issues and errors in stored procedures.
    5. COBOL Stored Procedures
      • Define and code a COBOL stored procedure to access another table and confirm that the passed values are acceptable.
    6. Defining SQL Procedures
      • Create a stored procedure using SQL/PL.
      • Write a simple stored procedure which receives values and return resultsets.
    7. SQL Procedures Language
      • Create a stored procedure for processing errors.
      • Write a stored procedure to rollback and transmit an error code to the calling program.
      • Receive values and return a resultset.
    8. z/OS Workload Manager
      • Examine the concepts and features of the Workload Manager and perform a refresh.
      • Examine sample JCL.
      • Perform a refresh of the WLM.
