CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. Procedures
      • Review a sample procedure.
      • Override a DD statement.
      • Change the value of a symbolic parameter.
      • Code a complete in-stream procedure.
      • Convert the procedure to a catalog procedure.
      • Print all the procedures in a library.
    2. Specialized JCL Features
      • Create a GDG dataset using IEHPROGM and IDCAMS.
      • Retrieve a GDG using absolute and relative dataset names.
      • Delete the GDG base.
      • Read JCL statements into a dataset.
    3. Additional JCL Topics
      • Compile a COBOL program.
      • Override the compilers options.
    4. JES Control Statements
      • Specify the system the job must run under.
      • Set the maximum limits for a listing.
      • Change the destination of a listing.
    5. Running Jobs in a Network
      • Executing a job on a remote processor.
      • Directing output to a remote destination.
    6. Storage Subsystems Management
      • Create a new dataset and specify an appropriate storage class, management class, and data class.
    7. JCL Extensions
      • Add PROC libraries that are searched at execution time.
      • Replace COND parameter with an IF block.
      • Include JCL from a member in a PDS.
