CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. CICS TS Featureset
      • Examine the concepts and terminology of CICS Transaction Server and web enablement.
      • Become familiar with threadsafe WEB commands.
    2. Application Programming Interface
      • Use the WEB API - SEND, RECEIVE, HTTPHEADERS, FORMFIELDS, and EXTRACT.
      • Learn how to get information from an HTML form.
    3. Invoking CICS from the Web
      • Enable 3270 transactions to execute in a web environment.
      • Learn that processing implemented by CICS web support can receive a request from a web client and provide a response.
    4. CICS TS Document
      • Recognize that responses can be created from a static document identified by a URIMAP resource definition or created dynamically by a user application program.
    5. CICS Web Support
      • Features of REST implementation in CICS Web Enablement.
