CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. Benefits of TypeScript
      • Discuss advantages of TypeScript over JavaScript.
    2. Running on a Server
      • Write a web application in Typescript that runs on Node.js.
    3. Types
      • Define and use a boolean and decimal variable.
      • Use a variable within a string constant.
    4. Declaration Files
      • Store declaration is a ts or .d.ts file.
      • Understand the difference between the two files.
    5. Code Organization
      • Determine conventions for organizing ts and js code including issues for test and production.
    6. Classes
      • Declare a class and create instance objects. In the objects, use this keyword.
      • Access the attributes and functions.
      • Create a subclass and an instance of the subclass.
      • Utilize the operator instanceof.
    7. Functions
      • Code a function with optional parameters. The function performs a calculation and returns a string value.
      • Code a function with rest parameters. The function performs a calculation and returns a string value.
      • Code an Anonymous Function.
    8. Run-time
      • Define functions and callback interfaces In TypeScript.
    9. Running in a Browser
      • Code a TypeScript and compile it to JavaScript. Run the JavaScript in the browser.
    10. Frameworks that are Compatible
      • Utilize Node.js in conjunction with the Express framework to develop an application in TypeScript.
