DATES:

CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
    1. New HTML5 Elements
      • Use emulator to test a mobile web page.
      • Select a viewport for a mobile device and desktop.
      • Building a navigation menu with HTML5.
    2. Geolocation
      • Get the geographical position of a user and display it.
      • Detect and control screen orientation changes while creating an HTML5 mobile game.
      • Develop code using the Screen Orientation API to rotate the screen.
      • Code a script with the @media rule to include conditionally a block of CSS properties.
    3. HTML5 Databases
      • Store a large amount of data locally in the user's web browser.
      • Manipulate client-side databases using SQL.
      • Detect and display the online/offline status of the page.
    4. Audio and Video
      • Deliver audio files directly through the iOS or Android browser, without the need for any plug-ins.
      • Display a playback progress bar
    5. Drawing
      • Create a web app where the user can dynamically draw on an HTML5 canvas.
