The purpose of these questions is to provide IT managers with the means for identifying whether a SYS-ED instructor-led course is appropriate for their personnel and which courses in the curriculum will provide the knowledge and skillset required for performing specific tasks.

Our experience has been that the information from the assessment and a review of the course workshops, in conjunction with a consultation with a Curriculum Manager, will serve to ensure a predictable training outcome.

For private client-site courses, additional questions will be developed in order to provide a framework for a pre-course assessment and post/course validation process.

These questions will include:

1. Subject matter specific to the client’s environment and operational objectives.
2. Vendor certification standards and requirements in terms of content and workshops.
