For both licensing options, payment has to be made prior to the shipment of the IT courseware. There are no refunds with licensing of courseware.

Clicking on the Course Title will list the deliverables and services available for that course:

Computer Education Techniques, Inc. recommends that a SYS-ED instructor present the initial course offering. As part of this initial course, the client will have the opportunity to audio record and videotape the instructor-led course, and receive the in class board notes.
